We performed theDroplet-based single-cell RNA-sequencing on small intestine epithelial cells from SubAA273IEC and littermate control and found the effect of ER stress in epithelia cells on epithelial cells. Overall design: SI epithelial (CD45-EpCAM+) living epithelial cells from SubAA273IEC and littermate control were FACS-sorted for sequencing. The sorted live cells were separated into a single droplet using the Chromium Single Cell 3' v3 kit according to the manufacturer's instruction (10x Genomics). The libraries were sequenced on NovaSeq 6000 S2 platform.
